In the spirit of neighbors helping neighbors, the Episcopal Center for Children, a DC institution for more than 120 years and home to one of the region’s top educational and treatment programs for children with special needs, is opening their beautiful campus in NW Washington on Saturday, May 7, to Lafayette Elementary School, a local DCPS elementary school, for the Annual Lafayette Spring Fair.
