Ingredients:
- (2) 15 oz. cans chick peas
- (1) Large diced onion
- (4) Cloves of minced garlic
- (3) Diced carrots
- (1) tablespoon curry powder
- (1) can coconut milk
- Salt to taste
Directions:
- Sauté onions, garlic, and carrots
- Add curry powder, salt, pepper, and coconut milk
- Add chick peas and simmer for 20 minutes

Serve over rice
