Ingredients:
  • (2) 15 oz. cans chick peas
  • (1) Large diced onion
  • (4) Cloves of minced garlic
  • (3) Diced carrots
  • (1) tablespoon curry powder
  • (1) can coconut milk
  • Salt to taste
Directions:
  1. Sauté onions, garlic, and carrots
  2. Add curry powder, salt, pepper, and coconut milk
  3. Add chick peas and simmer for 20 minutes
Serving Suggestion:

Serve over rice
